Tucked away down a driveway is this sunny town house so close to town you can leave the car in the garage and walk to local shops, restaurants etc. The house has open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with bi fold door opening from the dining area and the lounge out onto a private rear garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The lounge has a gas fire for winter . Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with en suite and doors opening out on to the back garden,so stay in bed and open the doors and smell the flowers! There is room to park 2 cars .The lake is just at the end of the street and across the cricket pitch .
