There is ample room for 2 families in this 4 bedroom house built over 3 levels .The kitchen dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom are on the main level with ranch sliders to the large deck from the lounge . Down a couple of stairs is the large bunk room ( 2 sets of bunks, a double bed )which has a pool table to keep the family occupied on wet days.Up stairs from the main living is the master bedroom with en suite and another lounge ( TV is up here ) and an extra single bed .Room to park several cars in front of the house ( shared driveway) The lake is 100m walk away and there is local bar, Fish & Chip shop , Dairy and liquor shop at the other end of the street.
