Modern two bedroom apartment, great location

It did the job for what we needed but we wouldn’t choose to stay there again. It wasn’t good value for the price paid wh Positive: Location was good overlooking the lake and it was easy access from road. The interior was nicely renovated and furnished tastefully. The kitchen was well appointed and everything we needed to prepare food. Negative: The insides of the toilet bowls needed more attention to remove the black ring and stained bottom. There is aircon downstairs but not upstairs. There is HRV but it doesn’t help at all as the unit faces the sun. With the table fans provided and windows open everywhere it was still unbearably hot. There is no designated parking nor instructions as to where to park for this unit. There is an unpleasant , self appointed parking warden who lives downstairs who verbally accosted us for inadvertently parking in the wrong spot so beware of the parking police!

Positive: Great location. We could walk to the Sailing Club for drinks and dinner right on the lake. Negative: Would have been great to have the pool heated.

Perfect stay great location Positive: Great location excellent apartment in quiet surroundings easy access to local restaurant. Just across the road from the walking path around the lake. Had a great view of the lake from the lounge and bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and well appointed. Location was fantastic for what we were after. Would certainly stay again.
