Great stay, loved the fire. Be nice to have a toasted sandwich maker and curtains. Would definitely book it again.

This house was perfect for our stay in Taupo. It had everything we could’ve needed and more. The fire was fantastic and warmed the living area very easily. We brought our own fire starters and kindling but there were some already there although you didn’t need much. The fire didn’t heat down to the bedrooms but each room had a heater of its own which kept us nice and warm on some freezing nights! The kitchen had everything you could need for general day to day cooking which was fantastic. Could not fault this place at all. We were able to fit our RAV in the garage overnight (it just fit) which was great for an early start to avoid the frost but our other vehicle was safe out on the road too. Was unable to find a welcome book with more information in the house but the information provided on the fridge was sufficient. Rubbish bags were provided and the one bag of rubbish allowed was easily kept to over our 2 night stay. The backyard was fully fenced and safe for our child to play in. They could access under the main area of the house as it is raised above the ground and open to the yard but there did not appear to be anything dangerous accessible to them. We brought our own but there was a portacot and infant seat with tray available.

Suitable for our short stay. Fire was perfect after a cold day at the race track

Property was easy access, good communication and responsiveness. Short drive to the centre.

Have stayed here a few weekends previously. Always good. Clean and comfortable home. Wood burner is perfect for a cold weekend.
