It's could be great
Positive: Location, spa, beautiful home.
Negative: Lack of rubbish bin
Facilities is hard to use eg. fridge that hard to make ice cube, TV that can't connect to internet.
Call for help, leaving msg and never get back to us.
Process of rental is tedious.
Have to get down to open the gate.

Overall, a great place from which to explore the Taupo region.
Positive: Clean, well furnished and equipped. Nice garage with walk thru to house. Good laundry facilities and useful range of kitchen appliances
Negative: Lack of a tea pot and egg cups - probably a British thing! An unfathomable TV with 3 handsets - probably an age thing!

Great family escape, close to town
Positive: The location was excellent, could walk straight into town. The facilities are modern, bright and very well resourced.
Negative: The beds were small. In such a property, we would expect king size beds.

Every part about this stay in Taupo was amazing. Outside of the location where the views up the head of the Waikato river are stunning, the amenities and appointment of this property are superb. Thank you for hosting us in this wonderful home.
